Red Velvet Cookies-YUM!

Hi everybody! I sure do hope you are having a wonderful holiday season. Things are slowly falling into place here at our humble abode.

I am happy to report that Cisco the dog has not eaten one single Christmas decoration, the tree is still standing and alive, and nothing has been broken yet! So far, so good.

My online class is going along smoothly, and I am definitely getting closer to finishing. Thank you for all your support! The one thing I miss the most is blogging and all of the awesome ideas and friendships that come along with it. I cannot wait to get back to posting and visiting.

I thought I would share with you a recipe from the 2009 Christmas with Southern Living book. Here is their recipe for Red Velvet Cookies.

Let me know if you bake them. They are on my list for next weekend!

Hi, Misti, those look great & I have that book. I'll have to earmark that one too. I cheated & bought a Duncan Hines red velvet box mix & made cupcakes with homemade cream cheese icing & we are loving those too! Merry Christmas to you.
