This week I confess my love of…
the color orange.
When it comes to home decor, I am drawn to deeper shades.
Flowers of orange are also a big favorite of mine.
When I found this crazy spirograph shower curtain, (seriously dating myself here, talking about spirograph) I knew it was going to be perfect for my boys’ bathroom. I mean really--how do you decorate a bathroom for such a big difference in age?
It has so many different shades of orange, and I LOVE it with the skateboard prints that I found online. To top it all off the wheels on the skateboards are the exact colors from the curtain!
Okay—So that’s my confession for this week!

Seriously... we share a brain. I am planning on painting my basement orange. I have always told my friends "orange is a highly overlooked color!".

I do love orange too. My daughter is getting married Oct 10th. We plan to use alot of orange color in our decor. I love those shower curtains too.

I also love orange, I just don't decorate with it too often. I can't seem to bring it in past the fall. Although these are some great inspirations.

Oh, you have made orange look so calm and serene. I have always liked it as well, but haven't tried it for painting large areas. I will have to rethink my use of orange. Thanks for a great post and lovely pictures.

As a kid, a friend and I completely ruined our neighbor's dining room table doing spirograph with sharp ball-point pens. :) How funny! Orange is definitely one of my favorite colors too.
The prints are so cute! They are the perfect blend of artsy and boy :)
AND I love the orange. Especially with dark chocolate brown and bright shiny white.
Josh would probably die if he came home and I painted something other than an accesorie orange.
