As I always say...In my next house I am so going to have a subway tile backsplash. I have even seen floor tiles laid this way and it looks pretty neat.
I like it, too. I wanted to do a backsplash but didn't know what to do. I love this!

I've been following your blog for a while and have never commented, but I just had to say that I LOVE SUBWAY TILE!!! When I win the lottery and we can re-do our bathroom, I want my shower tiled with subway tile.

Me too! I sure miss having it in my new kitchen. But I have a big box of it in my garage that I brought with me so I am sure I am going to have it again (at some point)!
I chose subway tile for my kitchen and love it...it was so inexpensive (at least the kind I picked out was...just plain cream colored) and easy to install. I think it's a classic too.
Subway tile does seem to be the "in" thing these days. I think it looks very clean.
I'm also a huge fan of subway tile. But, in ten years, are we gonna hate it? I can't tell if it's a fad, or just a classic coming around again...
LOL! Who cares!? I'm a lovin' me some subway tile, too!!

Wow! I can't believe how neat the subway tile looks in your kitchen pics. I JUST THOUGHT I did not like subway tile.
